Tableware & Glassware: plates, glasses, cutlery, and serving pieces. Wall Finishing: premium paint or wallpaper according to your approved design. At project handover, you’ll receive a detailed Handover List covering every delivered and installed item. Return & Refund Policy: We provide a 3D preview before production. You may request up to two minor adjustments. Once approved, no cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted as every order is fully custom-made. The client is responsible for reviewing all selections before sign-off. Upon approval, L’Atelier Lauralee proceeds with orders and installation.
